Default Can't see my License in iLok License Manager

Hi,

Recently I bought Pro Tools 12 for Education Annual Subscription with Upgrade Plan. My account was validated by Identit-e (I got Validation Code and Redemption Code), and then I downloaded Pro Tools 12.7.1 from my Avid Master Account.

When I launch Pro Tools I got an issue : no licences in my account.
So I looked at my ILOK Account but can't see my licence, why ?

I don't have my licence on my ilok neither.

I prefer to precise : This is not only an Upgrade Plan, this is an education global subscription, around 10€ for me.

Welcome to the Community

You need to redeem the code in your Avid account and then move the license deposited after redeeming and registration to ilok. You need an ilok2 key and move the license to the ilok.

Then you can open your PT EDU copy

Thanks, I didn't notice that but both code is invalid :/ ... I am very confused.

Use your Avid account and start a support case free. That is the fastest way to get this solved. I will escalate this to Avid aswell but you still need a support case number so start with that and someone will get back to you and help.

Yes, I started multiple cases because I don't understand why I don't have my license. The replies of your colleague doesn't solve the issue. I'm very frustrated, I have my codes but they are invalid..? This is very weird, isn't it ? Even on my AvidApplicationManager, I don't see that my license is activated... but I can download Pro Tools ?

I'm confused.

Sorry for the confusion. A search using your community email shows you have multiple iLok accounts (User IDs with and without your email address). The account using your email address for the User ID has your licenses. Neither account shows an iLok, so is it possible that's on another account as well?

Yes, that's help ! A lot !

In fact the Ilok UserID without my email adress is my Ilok UserID.
I'll send it to you by private message.

EDIT : I can't send you a private message. But my email adress is not my Ilok UserID.

EDIT 2 : Wait wait wait wait ... I don't understand. I find my licence on my account who use my email adress as a UserID. Ok it's not a problem.

EDIT 3 : It works. Thanks a lot. I use the account with my email adresse as a UserID
