Just ran into the same problem; my case number is 03091474, but I'd really appreciate a temporary activation because this issue is preventing me from getting back to work I sorely need to finish.
UPDATE: Application Manager is now failing to login. It reads: "Problem Logging Into Your Account. There was a problem logging into your account. Reattempting user login." Can't overemphasize how frustrating this. Last edited by matthewbarnacles; 11-29-2016 at 04:53 PM. |

Same problem as above users - showing as paid-up when I look at avid.com, but in iLok license messenger the renewal is "pending" and can't be coerced to change status.

Hi I am having the same issue by the looks of things, both my pro tools 12 and pro tools subscription options are greyed out and unavailable under my licences, I have started a case and had one reply but it was not at all helpful in this scenario. My case number is #03105031 . Haven't heard anything since replying 2 days ago and would love to get this sorted asap.

I am joining in here as well to the wails of agony. Showing an active subscription and an expired license. Never missed a payment. Been using Pro Tools for 10 years or more. Reactivated all my ilok licenses and updated ilok manager. Greyed out PT12 license.
In the middle of sessions. This is just ridiculous. Don't they realize this is how many of us make a living? case# 03107023 system ID# 50251896 |

I am having the same issue. Auto renewal payment didn't go through for some reason. I updated payment information (even though nothing changed). It said the payment was successful but I still haven't received a renewed expiration date or new license for iLok.
I sent a form so tech support and haven't heard anything yet. Any help/advice is appreciated. I need to get back to work ASAP! Thanks System ID: 50183513 |
