we have a decent amount of eqquipment but i still think we need to eithr upgrade a piece or buy some new monitors. I was thinking JBL LSR 4328P but wasn't too sure...

The LSR4328P package is about $1500. I would go for the 4326P (if you're still wanting to stick with JBL). I have the 4328P, and my best friend has the 4326P. You save a little money there.

Don't forget some Mopads! (only about $40).

Good luck!

That's my 2 Hz.

Fix the KRKs (depending on cost). You are good to go...spend some time with what you have and see what kind of sounds you are getting. You can throw allot of money at gear, you seem to have good stuff to start with. People on this forum etc, are getting great results with less.

What is the room like you'll be recording in? Treatment of the room may be more important.

Anyway, nice problem to have...

Good luck,
Rick
