Two questions for Artist Series users w/PT:

About once a week I go to a studio with a Control and a Mix. OS 10.10.3, PTHD 12.0.0 and EuCon 3.2.2 all working smoothly together, but I can't figure out these interface annoyances:

1.) If I'm editing in Pro Tools, cmd-tab to Soundminer (or any other app), and then cmd-tab back to Pro Tools, the edit window jumps to where the highlighted faders are. In a session with 130 tracks, this is annoying. It's often useful to leave the controller's tracks somewhere other than where I'm editing. Any way to turn this off?

2.) If I select the "Auto-bank to selected track" preference, it works as advertised. But if I click in the Timeline ruler, it selects the last track in the session. I know I can turn this off with Link Track and Edit Selection, but I need that on for other reasons.

Lock to application will stop the jumping faders...

I did lock to PT12. Can't figure out why EuCon behaves this way...
