Honestly feels pretty good for the price, way cheaper than buying standalone plugins that have the same features but as with any plugins you get what you pay for and we used it a few times and now it is in the unused folder. Depends on what your needs are as it is not for professional use atleast not in our productions. I think AudioDeluxe have a good offer on that so check with them.

Best

I'm looking for professional sounding plugins for vocals for pop, rnb, and hip hop what would you recommend?

Thats the same genre we do aswell. Well we use lots of plugins but on vocals we use API, SSL, UA, Slate, Maag AIR Eq, Soundtoys Decapitator and many more depending on what the song needs. I feel all these "All in one" solutions doesn't really scream pro software and we own CLA Vocals, CLA Effects aswell as Nectar elements and Nectar 1 and soon 2 but after fiddling with these we always go another direction as the songs progress. If it was me I would by a few great plugins instead of trying to get Izotope Nectar to make you happy. It just isn't that good even though Izotope makes other awesome stuff so I would look elsewhere depending on what you have today and what you need.

I tried it but was not really knocked out. My usual chain is EQ III(for hi-pass)>BF76(lite compression)>SMACK!(more comp with character)>Puigtech EQ-1A(restore the "air" after the compressors). If I need tuning, I use Melodyne, and sometimes use another EQ III if the track needs tone shaping(after the comps)
