Pro Tools 12.4 download

I bought the perpetual license for Pro Tools last Jan 2016, and have been running 12.4 on my Mac. Recently upgraded my hard-drive and went to reinstall 12.4, but the download link no is no longer in my account. What gives?

I have access to version 12.6 and 12.7 under my products and subscriptions, but 12.4 ran the smoothest and would like to download that version. At the bottom of this page I see versions 11.3 and prior back to Pro Tools 10, but no other iterations of Pro Tools 12.

Hey Buddy

You need to be on a annual plan in order to have links emailed from Avid BUT you can start a support case and ask for the link for 12.4 as Avid removes older versions after new ones come out.

I assumed that being I bought a perpetual license for 12 I would have access to those links for all time in my account under My Products and Subscriptions.

Why would AVID remove older versions of 12 from my account but keep 12.6 and 12.7 available, when they still have older versions of 11 and 10 available on my account?

I opened a support case online. What's frustrating is that I paid for Pro Tools 12, and now can't download the version that was working best for me. Plus, since my support ran up in Jan, I cannot call in.

I have versions 12.2-12.7.1 of both Mac and PC. As well as some others 11.3.2 and a 10 or two iirc.

And it's not backed up if it's not in 2 different places.

Avid stopped making older downloads available almost a year ago. It's our responsibility to keep our installers where we can find them.

Same here. I have only Pro Tools 12.5.2 and 12.6 installers shown on my account.
Now I went back to Mountain Lion on my system and I really need the 12.4 installer for that.
Would be great if you could help me out and provide a link for me!

I've just purchased and activated my copy for Pro Tools 12 (only bought it because I urgently need to use a plugin that won't work in my HD10 version)...
I need 12.4 since it's a co-install on 10.9, but I can't find it in my download section.
I understand that I can create a support case (ehich I have just done) but then have to wait for 2 days to get it resolved, which is unfortunately past my deadline.
is there any option to get the link quicker?
