This is F'ing beyond ridiculous at this point. It's now Wednesday afternoon and the downloads for Strike and Structure have STILL not be fixed, uploaded. Just get 'file not found' errors on the links.

How friggen hard is it to put up a set of files that works!

iLok at least went into high gear to try and correct this. The AIR people don't seem to give a s**t.

I got another reply from some support guy who clearly doesn't even have a clue about anything, who wrote that perhaps my problems with the installer not letting me choose content location, and then the failed authorizations, could also be blame on Digital River and the downloads.

I hear it was indeed Digital River who caused the collapse of the 1969 Chicago Cubs. It was even an employee's cat that day. Being an internet content distribution company back then left for a lot of boring moments............

Another DUC member reports he received his Backup Discs today and they DO NOT include STRIKE! or Structure.

My discs did not contain Strike or Structure. They were 3 home made CD-Rs jammed into an envelope without any sleeves. Just naked discs. One file wouldn't even read on my Mac Pro's drive.

Went to try redownload and the site has download links that takes me to invalid URLs.

Leave reviews of this product on retailer websites like sweetwater, musicians friend, Sam ash, guitar center. They will be forced to look into the issue if people leave bad reviews. It will cost them sales if this issue isn't fixed.

AIR needs to make this right.

I will wait until tomorrow (after 5 download attempts) then start a dispute in PayPal. I figure if they get a few hundred of these and can't resolve the problem... it will be a BIG problem.
