having continued issues with 192 not being recognised by HD engine

Hi, that is my original thread,

I can not see any reason for this to be happening, I have since re-insalled 8.x and it works fine. As soon as I go back to 9 the interface is not seen by PT9(only this software)

Tech support? any Ideas?
