I CAN'T STAND how Gobbler organizes sessions.

Obviously NOT designed by a working engineer. Seems like it's designed for musicians/composers. It lumps everything together, I HATE it.

*end rant*

I tried gobbler and it is not what I would want to use, for many reasons. If Avid integrates it into PT, they will need a lot bigger forum than the DUC for issues.

Hi there! We are working on a bunch of new interface and organization ideas... What would be ideal for you?

Thanks for your input!

Hi Rubicon,

We are always looking to our users to help us make the improvements necessary to continue to evolve the Gobbler product.

We'd love your insight. How can we make Gobbler better and more useful?

Thanks in advance!

Chris

I haven't really used Gobbler yet but I do have an account. Is there default folders that you can tell the program to save to?

The space is too expensive. When an average album is around 200gb, and I work on 2-3 in parallel, then this product doesn't cut it.
Seems a bit prosumer in scope

Ok I'm looking at it now and while bringing up the sessions in A-Z order, there should be a "traditional view" that will let you search by the folders on the hard drive!

There is a traditional (albeit itunes browser-like) function. in the top right there's a button that looks like this |||

Much easier to navigate.
