Recent PTLE Versions have come with Melodyne Essential or UNO. If its not in your account or you bought your system second hand then you might try to find a copy on eBay.
Theres Antares Autotune, Celemony Melodyne and Waves TUNE. Depending on what your doing one or the other might be better for you.
