similar problem with me Avid, Case :

Case closed, my my pro tools got transferred to the wrong ilok. They have transferred it to mine now and all is running.
Customer care work extremely well, same day response on a Saturday.

Well I cant get mine to work. Ilok says I have no license but avid says I do... I tried to contact through this forum last night but no response and no help. I am sick and tired of having to play games and jump through hoops to use a product I pay for. You have no problem taking my money every month and I get no product and no help. This will be my last try before I close the subscription and use an different DAW... This sucks
