Re: DIGI 002 and OSX 10.9 Mavericks
Whenever I try to get audio playback in chrome (Youtube, Soundcloud, etc) the Avid CoreAudio Manager defaults its buffer size to 128 and I am getting random clicks and pops every 3 seconds or so.
Changing buffer to 512 surely will stop the noise, but its impossible to change the buffer size. It is fixed at 128 with no other options. I am using a 002. Please help. Thanks! |

Re: DIGI 002 and OSX 10.9 Mavericks
my 002 works fine with PT11 on MAvericks with my Roland Fantom XR sound module BUT my MBox systems do not read the MIDI patch name file. Weird that the 002 works and not the MBox. Any ideas?

Re: DIGI 002 and OSX 10.9 Mavericks
Hey guys,
I'm having mad issues with my Digi 002, Mavericks and Logic 9 I upgraded to Mavericks without thinking, should have checked first coz this has seriously screwed me up! First the Logic would not open without the Digi being connected, then updated the drivers for the Digi. Worked fine for a couple weeks, then Logic started crashing and displaying the following message: 'System Overload. The audio engine was not able to process all required data in time (-010011).' So checked the Avid site and found new drivers that had been updated June 2014, so downloaded those. Worked fine, for 20mins then the error message continued. So I reverted back to my Cakewalk interface which worked fine, no error messages or crashes. But with the newest drivers again unable to open Logic without the Digi connected, it always stops at Searching for MIDI Drivers. I'm at my wits end with a ton of music to mix and sessions booked, the Cakewalk isn't gunna cut it! Please help! Re: DIGI 002 and OSX 10.9 Mavericks
I've just upgraded from OSX 10.7.5 with PT 10.3.9 to OSX 10.9.5 with PT 12.7.1 on 2008 MAC PRO 3,1.
No sign off my 002 in Pro Tools. However I installed the 11.1.5 drivers fromhere: http://avid.force.com/pkb/articles/d...02-003-Drivers And selected the AVID Rack002 and bingo. Up and running... I've not water tested it yet, but it's looking promising. If I don't report back - it's all good... |
