Default New to Protools Crossfade KeyCommand Win.

Hello,

I am currently working on beefing up my Pro Tools workflow. While messing with the nudge shortcuts and cross fade keycommands, I stumbled across what I believe to be ctrl (numpad -). It seemed to make one large xfade that I could adjust. What exactly was this shortcut?

Additionally, when splitting audio clips, depending on the vertical position of the cursor along the splice, there are different crossfade options. Where am I able to read more about these sort of features?
