Default CRISIS - Audio files shifting/missing; DAE-9060

Hey guys. I just finished this bands EP and i'm about done mixing it. However i went away for two days and when i came back, 2 of their songs had audio files missing and the ones that were there weren't in the right place. Like he basis is there but some files are moved slightly. I also get a DAE -9060 error after a few seconds of playback. What the hell happened?? I'm using PT LE 7.4 on a Powermac dual 1.8.

Sounds like some kind of drive/audio corruption. Here's an extract from Digi Answerbase,

DAE error -9060 - a general list of potential causes on Mac OS.

Corrupt audio files can cause -9060 errors. In this scenario, the -9060 error message will come up in exactly the same spot in the session. A simple workaround is to set the track containing the corrupt audio to "inactive".

In one case, a bad Volume Bitmap on the audio drive was the cause (Disk Doctor reported "the contents of the bitmap do not agree with the locations of all files in the catalog").
Run a disk utility on the drive to check it. If an error is found, backup your data, initialize the drive, then restore your data.

Norton AntiVirus, Norton SystemWorks, and Virex have been reported to cause DAE -9060 errors on OSX. To remove them run the Norton uninstaller or remove the anti-virus files from Library>Startup Items.

Sometimes you can find the corrupt file by making tracks inactive and tehn adding them 1 at a time until the error appears.
