EuControl - Artitst Transport - Shuttle/Jog Reversed - Bug

I just noticed that the shuttle and jog wheel are now reversed on the Artist Transport Wheel settings page-

Please see attached image.

BTW the 800x600 limit on the forum upload images is so 2005 ;-)

wow sorry....
the image is unreadable because of the silly file width and height limitations of settings in the vBulletin ... I can clearly understand a file size in kb limitation.

But 800x600 px limitation is actually kind of funny. I know a simple admin change like that can take weeks in a large company. But maybe it's time, AVID is a tech company after all...

Hi, I’m thinking about buying an Artist Transport on eBay. Can you clarify, is the issue you’re having they the jog wheel behaves backwards?

the issue was was a Eucontrol display in the software only - it's shows the shuttle but reads "jog" and shows the jog but reads "shuttle" -

Everything works fine - it is a simple software display issue -

BTW - the transport is great for creating custom button functions - my 2 current favs are using the two far left transport buttons - on set for "solo clear" and the other for "group suspend" - Both rudely blink at me a let me know something is in solo and/or groups are temporarily suspended.

That drove me crazy today and I thought maybe i did not understand so thanks for making me feel sane again.

I set up a custom scroll function so that when you turn the wheel, the cursor moves in Cubase and locks to the quantize value set in Cubase. So now I am trying to program the jog wheel (bigger spring loaded one) and it simply will not work because I am unable to to click on the "Hold Down" button in the Eucon settings window. It is grayed out. SO when you move from one zone to another, it just stops. Can anyone tell me why the option is grayed out?

Hi, I'm desperatey trying to get the Shuttle Ring to work too and it does, using only one Zone (1 & -1) for RW & FF. Posted some and even opened a new thread but no answers so far. Would love to get it to accelerate (what the Shuttle ring actually should do). BTW - my graphic view of Jog and Shuttle is reversed too !!
