PT 6.4/Digi001 Won't Play

My MoBo recently died & I replaced it. I also installed a new 200 GB Maxtor drive & when I reinstalled PT 6.x it no longer plays.

To be more specific, I load a previous session that I've done (a simple 1-track recording) and when I click on "Play" in the transport it does nothing. Occasionally I will get -6042 or -7400 errors, and when I view the usage window the PCI bar is pegged far-right (the CPU is fine).

Has anyone encountered something like this?

The new MB I bought is a Soyo SY-KT600 DRAGON Plus v.2.0, with an AMD Athlon 2800 processor, 1.5 GB of RAM, and an AGP video card.

I have read through any and all postings with a similar problem but either it was something completely different (a Digi002, etc) or there was no resolution.

Any help is appreciated!
