192i/o lights flickering

why is this happening....every 2 seconds some of the input lights from 9-13 flash. each flash is different...some will peak and others wont, there's no real pattern, other than it happens every 2 secs regardless of whether i hit play or stop.

there are no add on cards. only have 8 ins and outs

Hi,

Could be you have inputs 9-16 set to some kind of digital source and there's no clock source for it.
