Problem always seems to be sorted by power cycling the console.

Here more faders got lost every day, since it first happened. At last I had 3 Faders which fall asleep after only several minutes at work.

Always came back after a reboot of the System, but always got lost again...

Has anyone put it in as a bug report yet ?

I can't because my new one so far is ok but I can't help but think it's somthing in the firmware or eucon since there is a bunch of us who have had the issue

I spoken with 24/7 Avid Support. They told me that my distributor has to replace "broken" fader for free. I send my desk to polish service to do replacement, but i also want to check whole desk by service guys.

I think it could be firmware beacause i have the same issue when i'm using S3 with E3 in Live configuration not only in Studio mode with PT.
Or this is hardware issue, maybe bad series faders or something.

Not mentioning that I reported the issue in November 2014 through distributor in Poland when I had your unit and it hasn't been resolved yet. Horrible customer service.

Sorry you guys are experiencing this. We are running tests and doing further investigation as we speak to determine root cause. I will follow up as soon as I have more info.

Never had that just that the fader would go to sleep until it had been power cycled.

What happens if you put it if Vegas mode and test the faders ?
