Default how to print a midi track?

i am wondering how to go about putting my midi track that is now playing through an aux track onto an audio track. so that i can actually see the wave form and use less computer power to play the track. does anybody know how to do this?

Try this tutorial on my website; I think it's exactly what you're looking for.

Hi. There are lots of posts on this already if you search for them.

With an audio device hooked up and recieving midi from your midi track, create an aux input and bring the fader up so that you can see the signal coming in. Create an audio track and buss the aux out to the audio track in. Record enable the audio track and make sure in the drop down on the top left that you're set for Input Only. Good to go.
