Default -39 End-of-file damaged aiffs

I worked recently with a session that crashs. The AIFFs from that session are now unreadable (in Quicktime Player, appears a -39 error). Disk Utility, Norton or DiskWarrior don't solve the problem (it saids that everything is OK!...yeah, with the disk, but not with the files!!!)
Do anyone know how to solve the problem?
As you can imagine, we dont have a backup copy of the files.
Thanks in advance
Diego

What happens if you copy the audio files to another drive, open the session and change disk allocation to the audio files on the drive they were just copied to?

I tryed it, but they are still un-readable.
It has the original size, icon, name, and everything....but for some un-known reason, its damaged!
Also, I cant open the file from other application.
Is there some soft that can repair it? Or there's nothing to do??

If you want to try, I upload one of those files (a 10 mb Aiff) just for your reference.

Thanks in advance (again)

Unfortunately, it looks like these files are corrupted beyond repair. Very unfortunate that you don't have backups of them....

Sorry, but I don't think there's much you can do to save them.

This is a known issue with importing AIFF files from Cubase into Pro Tools -- the files can be fixed easily if you have the right tools. You need to change the length DWORD value for the MARK chunk (or remove the MARK and INSTR chunks and change the AIFF data length DWORD value).

If you can post all the files online somewhere I can fix them for you.

I found an application that solves the problem: it calls SoundHack (its a freeware app downloadable from http://www.soundhack.com). Apparently, all the header info was lost somewhere, and this little app let me write it again.
Thanks (a great THANKS) to Rail, who show me the way to solve the problem.
