Where are the ProComp and ProLim plugs?

I bit on the offer of Pro Compressor and Pro Limiter plugs with Support Renewal. I received the "Thanks for your order, you're the best!" email on November 5. There's no sign of the plugs in any of the obvious places in my account page, those being "My Products and Subscriptions" and "Products Not Yet Downloaded".

Am I just too impatient? Shouldn't this happen in moments, not days?

Am I looking in the wrong place(s)? If so, what is the right place?

There was a note on top of my Avid account to let me know that I qualify for the offer and I renewed almost half a year ago. I just had to click and activate them from what looks like my "products not downloaded" page.

Ok i just renewed and on the account page i clicked Update in the orange subscription expiring box which brought up a green box with a message that i had free plugins click here which brought up a products not downloaded box with download and activate tabs.

Not to increase your anticipation but I tested both last night and they are really good. The compressor is the most intuitive software I've ever seen and the Limiter is really nice, you can press shift while changing the threshold to keep output at unity

If you can help me with this one too? (Thanks for looking into the other issue for me last week)
I also renewed one of my vanilla support and upgrade plans and have another that is current. Do I qualify for the free plug-ins? I did open a support case but it was closed (I think there was confusion with the other issue on my 2 x Ultimate licenses - support thought it was a duplicate case)

Okay, so I see that I can download both these plugs from my Avid account. But, I already have them as part of the annual all avid plugin plan. So, do I download and install these anyways? Will they over-write the ones I have now? I'm not clear on all that.
