Default New in 5.2.1 -> Offline.tmp ??

Since upgrading to the Beta (which has been working out very well for me BTW) I get these "Offline.tmp" files created whenever I choose "skip all" or "skip" when LE is looking for files at session start up. Is this something new in 5.2.1 and is there any way to stop LE from creating them? It's just a pain to have to keep dragging them to the trash…

I don't believe these file where created in LE 5.1.1 or earlier. Maybe I'm mistaken about that, I don't remember.
Anyone else get these?
