I wanted to update this thread as I have found out more information. It seems that the 3D verbs are only broken on Windows. Obviously I haven't done widespread testing, but on my OSX laptop I still have I discovered (after watching the Dolby Atmos presentation today) that the 3D verbs are working on OSX and I confirmed it on my OSX machine running Sierra. Not sure what OSX version Ceri from Dolby was running but I imagine the later versions of OSX are working with the 3D versions of Exponential Audio Plugins. Grrr... yet another problem with Windows.

Yes, no problem with 3D reverbs under MacOS Catalina and 2020.3
