One avid account with two iloks

I have one avid account, but two ilok accounts ‘my personal’ and ‘company’s’ with pro tools hd licenses on them and registered (for that iloks) and listed in my avid account. I have not linked any of that ilok accounts in my avid account interface yet. Now I am about upgrade to pro tools ultimate for company’s pro tools 9hd, and may be later i will do the same upgrade to my personal protools 11hd. Do I need to make new avid account for company and move somehow registered products that on ‘company’s’ ilok account? Or I can upgrade now ? How to tell avid what product to upgrade (there are several licenses of pro tools hd registered at avid account for my ilok and several for company’s ilok)?
