If I am reading the site correctly then it says the Control 24 works with PTLE . I thought it did not work because LE did not support the ethernet. Has something changed on the new 32 track version?

According to the 001 product information the 001 now ships with 32 track software. Could this be a final version we are all asking for? Is it that if we want the final version we must by a new 001?

Yes....they gave us (winXP users) support for control|24, 32 tracks, direct connect and video.

1. The lack of information always been a Digi problomatic side [img]images/icons/frown.gif[/img] .
Still the DUC shows they try to improve their customer relationship.

Example for that is PTLE 5.0.1 in most post they've mentioned Cross-Platform as a feature.
And... they didn't finish it so they release 5.0.1LE for PC (&mac LE) without Cross-Platform.

Afterward you had to purchase the 5.1 upgrade to obtain it and support for WindowsME (came out few months after 5.0.1).

2. The 32track beta seems to be a 5.3.1 based beta build for mac digi released because users request.

Most "new feautres" shown at the beta included in PC 5.3.1.
