Default How to get counter to reset to start position

I haven't changed anything in my system...or perhaps I fat fingered a few keys, but how do I get my session to return from where it started after I stopped it?

Currently when I hit stop and then play, it just picks up from where I stopped it and not to the original start of a measure where I started.

Thanks

Check the box in your preferences for 'playback follows timeline insertion' (or something like that - not in front of my machine at the moment).

You are correct. You fat fingered the space bar and the "N" key.

Hit "N" on the keyboard. It toggles this on/off.

(That key command should have been changed years ago btw.)

LOL!!!!! I had the same problem around 4 years ago. A friend of mine hit the damn N key and threw me all out of place.
