Confirmed and logged,
also affects panning and (probably) other automation.
Rolling back to 2019.6.

Is this being looked at Avid? Same problem in 2020.3... my latest mix has broken automation all over it.

Automation doesn't move on ctrl+cmd+T (trim to file boundaries) either. Don't know if it ever did but in my opinion it should.

This issue is still here in PT 2020.5 and affects al types of automation, including inserts and panning. For reference it has bug number PT-257832.

Such a basic editing bug rendering 2019.10 up to at least 2020.5 unsafe for use here.

Rolling back again to 2019.6 so that's about € 3k for yearly support and updates down the drain

FFS this still not fixed in PT 2020.9.1

5 software releases that are considered too much of a risk to use when working in teams. What does Avid want me to do? Disallow any form of automation by my editing team like it's 1995?

Is this still an issue in 2020.11?

Am I the only one using automation and is bothered by this?

Yes. It's still in 2020.12! It's so basic and such a pain in the ass!
