Default 6.9-Command 8 Lost CTL Commands

Im getting a loss of shortcusts from the command. 8
Shift+ctl +I isnt pulling up the import audio window.
Shift+ctl + B isnt removing unused audio files.
Anybody else seeing this?
These meat and potatoes comannds are used daily here.

This could be a corrupt preference file, however we'll need more info to determine the exact cause.

1. What OS version are you running?
2. Which computer model?
3. Which Pro Tools system and version?
4. Are any 3rd party cards or peripherals installed?
5. Did anything change on your system between when it was working and when you started experiencing problems?

Any word on the loss of key commnands from the command 8 with 6.9? I may have a bad unit? thanks digi for checing into this.
