PT not visible in Avid Account

Hello guys!

I have been browsing Avid's support pages as well as this forum but I haven't managed to find the answer for my question so I'd like to ask for help from you.

I picked up a used Pro Tools off Ebay. It's on my iLok, displayed like this :

Pro Tools with Upgrade and Support Plan 2015 (NT) (4)
- Pro Tools 10
- Pro Tools 11
- Pro Tools 12
- Pro Tools 2016

I installed PT11 on my Mac and it works pretty well with my UA Apollo, no functional issues. The only problem I have is that nothing shows up under "my products and subscriptions" in my Avid account. When I added my iLok to my Avid profile I thought it was going to pull over the licenses automatically then I found articles like seller should have filled out a form...etc. So having spent a couple of days on searching articles/forum posts about the nature of my issue, my understanding is that I have a fully functional PT license but it's not registered to me that's why it's not visible on my Avid account.

My questions are :

What am I supposed to do so my Avid profile shows the licenses that I have on my iLok?
Second question comes from the first one. Will I be eligible for future upgrades? Let's say PT13 comes out in the future and I wanted to get it.
