Quick way to add lots of beat/bar markers

So I have a track recorded in human time with drifting tempo.
I can add a bar/beat market on every bar line manually and then drag it to find the correct position with the track but manually adding a marker for every bar is tedious to say the least. Is there a way to just have pro tools create the markers for every bar in one go.

Or is there a way to hit a button on my keyboard in time with the track and for pro tools to add the bars that way?

You can use Beat Detective to generate Bar|Beat markers.

Cool trick, I didn't know that one but in this case the tempo changes slightly every bar so a uniformed tempo is no good :-(

I did mess about with it and got nowhere. It's never seem very logical to me.

I suggest the groove3 video...and patience. (It's an older version, but still understandable)

Trail and error till you figure it out.
