Default Pro Tools 8 won't recognize my MoogerFooger authorizations...

I guess there had to be some kind of hitch.

The upgrade to PT8 seems to have gone without incident, except for one thing... it's not recognizing the iLok authorization for the MoogerFooger plugs in. I got the factory bundle pack, which came with the Moog ring mod and delay. They've worked just fine up to this point, and when I syncronize my iLok, I can still see the auths on there. But when PT8 starts, it asks for authorization for the Moog plugs.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any solutions?

I have the same problem. Digi Support is currently working on it, I'll let you know if we find the solution.
Did your "Moogerfooger Analog Delay" iLok auth automagically change its name to "BF Moogerfooger Bundle v4" (and back)?

No, it's still just "Moogerfooger Analog Delay" and "Moogerfooger Ring Modulator".

Where do I go to report my case to Digi support? This is a pretty bad glitch for me, since the Moog delay is my "go to" delay for many things. I can't use my previous sessions until this gets fixed.

I too lost my Moogerfooger plugs with the PT8 upgrade. I would love to have them back. I assumed they were just lost to progress - afterall, I got them with the Mbox 1 (original) factory setup that also came with T-racks and some other "oldies but goodies." (Who doesn't love the Joe Meek stuff?)

I too love the Moogerfooger delay. Add my name to the list of people officially requesting to get a "fix."

And as an aside: some plug-ins from that original Mbox issue have indeed been placed into the "no longer supported" category. I still have many old session with EQ II and many of the other 'II' plug-ins. The official digi response for using them in PT 8 is: "we also cannot guarantee that it will work with Pro Tools 8"

No! Look at their (moofoo) versions, they are 8.0 just like everything else Digi. This is a bug.

It had better be a bug... I bought the factory bundle by itself fairly recently just to get the moogerfoogers and a few other plugs that I wanted.

Didn't work for me. I downloaded and installed the 7.4 Moogerfooger bundle. Opened Pro Tools... and now I'm getting even more authorization warnings (because of the additional plugs in the bundle that I didn't previously have). I didn't see an option to download an individual plug.
