How Do I Enable Digi 003 Factory Surface Buttons?
So I just got Pro-Tools LE with a Digidesign Factory Complete 003 and I can't figure out how to navigate through pro-tools using the buttons on the 003. Like when I click play on the 003, it wont play. I can work with my mouse and keyboard, but none of the 003 buttons do anything. I'm connected to my computer with the 003 using a SIIG FireWire PCI card.
So pretty much I was wondering if there was like a button or setting I'm suppose to push or go into? Maybe I'm missing a connection of some sort? Any help will be appreciated, I'm stumped.

You may need to select a different driver for the firewire interface.

You recently update the firmware? Also make sure its not in MIDI mode.
