19.9.0.97 ipad app

we updated our mac on MOJAVE OS, and our ipad is at 19.9.0.97 and eucontrol on mac is at 19.9.1.17. keep getting incompatible version message when ipad tries to connect. Any ideas what's up.

You need to be running PT Control 19.9.1.17 with EuCon 19.9.1.17. The session numbers need to match or be very close in series. I would always hold off updating one or the other without having as close to a matched set as possible (or blessed by Avid). Is there a PT Control (19.9.1.17) update waiting in your iOS App Store?

A new update with version “19.9.1” now apparently compatible with iOS 13 has just popped up in the App Store for me.

Strange, first the App store wouldn't tell me the PT Control app needed updating.
I then manually deleted it from the iPad and installed the latest 19.9.1.17 from the Appstore.
Also installed 19.9.1.17 on the Mac (5,1 OS10.12.6)
Then Eucontrol still complained about versions not being compatible.
Restarted iPad and Mac another 2 times and suddenly they were happy with each other. First signs are that it's more stable connecting to an AX32.

hey there, i think thats what it is guys. When we updated the app on the ipad the app store didn't have the latest version so we were one version behind, I'm sure it'll work now. i'll keep you posted. Thanks
