Is EUCON upgrade worth for PT 10 upgrade

I'm total new to the MC controller.

I worked some years with the 003 but think it is time to change.
Got an m-audio 2626 and did a good deal on the MC Mix and Control V2.

I put lion on my mac pro and been now in the decision to install PT 9.0.5/6
or go straight the upgrade line to PT10.

Beside clipgain and the channel strip the better eucon support could be the reason to make the upgrade.

So whats your opinion or experience?

Yes Eucon is very much improved with PT 10!

i will get the upgrade and hope for a stable version of pro tools with the new controllers.

ProTools 10 is surely a great upgrade, not only for Eucon. I'm working with it since it came out, it's really great. My Artist controllers are also happy with PT10! highly recommended!

yes i noticed that on my own.
I'm very happy with the upgrade to PT 10 on Lion with MC Mix & Control.

No issues so far. Great control possibilities but I think i will need some time more to work fast with it. so many functions wow...

Yes, indeed many functions. Really great upgrade, specially for post production.
I used to work on Nuendo, which was really fast for editing. Now I'm as fast as back in the days with Nuendo!

i looked today over all pages and the possibilities. its awesome what the guys make with eucon. and i think it is just the beginning.

Well, I did what most people disadvised me, but in the end I'm really happy I did:
Just before a big project (26 episodes off 15 minutes audio post), I decided to move to ProTools instead of Nuendo. In the beginning it was a little searching, but especially when PT10 came out, the best things of Nuendo became also available for PT.

So I just jumped on board and I had almost no problems. Due to the amount of work, I really had many time to spend with PT, so I really got used to it fast.
