Default With one license, can I install Pro Tools 11 HD on two computers, one not HD?

I have Pro Tools 11.1 HD on an iMac with an HDX card in a Magma Thunderbolt chassis and an Omni. Would the HD download also install on a new Mac laptop for use with a 3rd generation MBox Pro, using only one computer at a time with my iLok?

I do already have a second license for Pro Tools 10 vanilla/native which came bundled with my MBox Pro. I want both computers to run PT 11.1. Can I sell the PT 10 license and use the Pro Tools 11.1 HD license to install on the laptop or do I have to keep the PT 10 license and upgrade it to Pro Tools 11 vanilla/native to work on the laptop with the MBox Pro?

Sorry if this has been covered before. I already searched the DUC and Avid, but I couldn't find a clear answer.

Yes you can. The license is tied to your iLok, so you can install as many computers you want but only the one with the iLok will launch Pro Tools.

Yes, and you will also get the full software features on the laptop with the Mbox Pro, such as expanded track count, VCA tracks, etc.

And yes, you can then sell the existing PT10 license that came with the Mbox.

But you cannot use the two SIMULTANEOUSLY with the one PT11 license. That is the point. One license, one simultaneous use.
