Default Peculiar Instrument Track MIDI drop-out

Hi,
I've been having a strange problem where instrument tracks fail
to voice after new instrument track(s) have been added. If you
duplicate the malfunctioning track, it works just fine. I thought it
might have been related to the particular instrument, but it seems
to be exhibited by any voicing insert. Sure seems like a bug to me.
So that's been my work around .. dup' the track, blow away the
original. But, it's annoying.

jeff
