Question ProTools SE upgrade

Hey guys,

I currently have the M-Audio Fast Track, M-Audio KeyRig 49 and two M-Audio AV40 monitors. Not particularly impressed with this version of Pro Tools :/

Will i be able to upgrade to Pro Tools MP9 or will i have to buy the whole thing? Also will MP9 be compatible with the M-Audio Fast Track (1 guitar input, 1 mic input.) Someone told me it wasnt and i dont want to go buy it and find i cannot use it.

Lastly is other recording software such as Cubase 5 compatible with my current setup?
