Default Recommendation

I just picked The Complete ProTools Handbook by "Chilitos" Valenzuela from my local library last night and I must say it is an indepth yet easy to understand presentation of Digidesign's products. The book is filled with excellent tips and tricks for getting more out of your software, it includes a CDROM with some helpful exercises to get you up to speed and it's well laid out. Covers TDM/LE and 6.x

I'm not trying to sell books but I've seen some DUC users ask for recommendations and IMHO thought this book is worthy.

cheers!

You found a Pro Tools book at the LIBRARY??? What planet do you live on????????

I can't ever even buy what I want at Barnes & Noble without having to order it out of Tailand or some shizzle!

I live on planet Earth...like you. In a town call Portland, it's in the N.W. sector of North America in a state called Oregon..."ORY-GUN".

The Multnomah County Library is a wonderful thing! It can be accessed on-line, you can place a hold on almost anything that's available and it will be delivered to the library in your neighborhood for pick up. You can have it sent to your home address for a $2.00 fee. You should check with your local library to see if they offer this service. I know it's availalbe in Boston and I'm sure elsewhere too!

Happy New Year!!!
