Pro Tools System Error - Avicuin42.dll file is missing from your computer

Hi There,

Can anyone please help me with the following error messages:

The program can't start because Avicuin42.dll file is missing from your computer.

AND...

Import DLLL DFW.dll cannot be loaded

I've already contacted AVID for support and because I have and will not pay for the support package I dont know what else I can do.

I've also tried searching on google for a download that will fix my problem but no such luck

your Audio Interface .. the analog / digital IN's and OUt's to and from your computer !!!

I'm not sure what they are, I only have the z440 workstation there are no other external devices plugged into the computer for audio.

btw - the software was working perfectly fine before my original hard drive failed. So I really don't understand why I'm getting this error message.

You NEED asio4all driver to make PT see the onboard audio card so goto www.asio4all.com and download the free asio driver and install. Restart computer and hold down the N key when launching PT and when the popup window comes choose asio4all as your audio choice.

Ok, so I've downloaded and installed Asio4all and it still did not work.

What can I do now?
