OSX 002 Upgrading to 7.0 --quick questions please

I heard that Antares Auto-tune had some problems with the 7.0 upgrade... has that been fixed up?

If I have Sony Oxford EQ / Inflator / Reverb... will I need to download new versions or can they just be reistalled once I am at Pro Tools 7.0?

Also, any one had problems with Sound Replacer or Sansamp plugins when upgrading to 7.0?
