Renewed EDU subscription, wheres the ilok asset?

This could be made a LOT less painful, Avid. Paid the subscription for another year after being authorized via proof of an .EDU account. Wheres the ilok asset? Shouldnt it have been sent to ilok? Does that happen automatically or does a human on your end have to do this?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting Avid.

The reason why your Pro Tools Subscription license isn't updated as your subscription in your Avid Master Account is because our subscription licenses can only have a duration of 1 year.
For you to have your updated license, your current license needs to expire first, then the new license gets deposited automatically in your iLok Account.
