Default Issues upgrading to latest version
I am trying to upgrade from 11.3 to the latest version available.
In the process of trying this the following message appears:
"Your chosen iLok account does not have enough qualifying product licenses for upgrade. Please review the following errors and fix them or change your iLok User ID to a different one that contains valid qualifiers for the upgrade.
Missing 1 qualifying license(s) for upgrade to Annual Upgrade Plan for Pro Tools (Reinstatement) (9513-30249-00)"
I have checked my iLok license on "ilok license manager" and it has "Protools 11 bundle (2)".
Help!!

All sorted.
I had inadvertently opened 2 usernames for my ilok account. Thanks to Avid support for their prompt reply.

I have the same problem here... I try to upgrade/reinstate my Annual Upgrade Plan (right now I have a 10HD/11HD bundle) but receive the same massage:

"Your chosen iLok account does not have enough qualifying product licenses for upgrade. Please review the following errors and fix them or change your iLok User ID to a different one that contains valid qualifiers for the upgrade.
Missing 1 qualifying license(s) for upgrade to Annual Upgrade Plan for Pro Tools (Reinstatement) (9513-30249-00)"

I don't know what to do... Please help. Tnx!!!

I guess what you've purchased is only for non-HD.
