CC Midi editing deletes notes

Anyone having the same issue?
I was working on a new orchestral cue and wanted to do it in Pt instead of Logic this time.

Unfortunately whenever I try to edit cc1 or cc11 in the editing window or piano roll notes get deleted. I’ve already lost a lot of work that way.

All happened on a clean install of Mac OS Sierra 10.12.6. Mac Pro Vader 12core, 64gb RAM, all ssds via Blackmagic MultiDocks.

All VIs are hosted in VEP PRO 6

Do you see this in current Pro Tools builds as well?
