Im not clear on what you are asking?

Did you buy the ERXP for a third-party? or the 11R used?

If firmware 2.0.1 is already on your 11R, there is no need to re-install the firmware part.

If you have not updated to 2.0.1, and the ERXP Firmware updater is not accepting your Serial number, then you need to contact Avid.

hey. I bought 11R and the CD with EREP. Unfortunately, you can register only once EREP and I'm not sure if they are loaded by the previous owner.

I was not aware they were shipping the ERXP in DVD form.

If you purchased the 11R second hand, and the ERXP was the property of the First owner, more than likely he has already updated the Eleven Rack.

Turn on your Eleven Rack , hit Edit once, scroll to AMP, and look scroll through what Amp models are available. If you see RB-01b, Black Mini, ect... the Firmware has already been updated, and there is no need to update the firmware again.

Also try this. Turn on your Eleven Rack. HOLD the Edit/Back button for 2 seconds and it will drop you in the User Options menu.

Scroll to the Last page, hi-light FIRMWARE VERSION, hit SW1 to select it,
and read what version is installed. If its version 2.0.1 you do not need to do anything else.
