Digitest board failures

While trying to run 3 tdm fx sends on a session, I got repeated DAE error -7207, which alerted me to the fact that our Mix Farm card didn't seem to be doing anything.
Running digitest I found both boards failed.
Mix Core failed as follows:
TDM Transmission Test Dsp (A): TDM Pattern Not Start

Mix Farm failed as follows:
TDM Transmission Test Dsp (A): (Failed 7 times) NO TDM clock detected

Any idea what is causing this problem?

check that you have TDM ribbon seated correctly and that the i/o interface is connected and swithced on
