Default Protools 10 full version vs. Upgrade

Hello guys,

I have a pretty simple question,

some people told me that there is a difference between PT10 full version and upgrade version. They said PT10 full version could bring different plugins and others that the upgrade version does not bring.

Now, my question is: is this true?

I have PT9, and was looking to buy PT10 upgrade.

thanks for your time guys, I'm just a newbie here

edit: I do not think this is true, but, I just wanted to go ask in the right place. using mac
