Marianna Versus the Hurricane - an update

Hi all,

As many of you may know, your Customer Advocate Marianna Montague is now safe at home in Florida, after being evacuated for a while due to Hurricane Ian.

Please DO NOT PING HER directly - via email, PM, tagging her, or any other method of communication yet. She has no internet, and is constantly charging her phone. Sending her any messages at all, no matter how important or trivial, will be ignored.

Please direct 100% of all issues you might be having directly to me and Jeffro via email or by creating a new post here on these forums. (Hint: A new forum post describing your issue will get seen quickest, rather than just commenting in someone else's post and expecting the same visibility and speed of service.) We will create a case for you, and we have many people on our Community Team standing by to assist. Or, if you have phone support, please just call support rather than reaching out to Marianna directly - as some of you do.

Marianna says her house made it through the storm with little damage, but she says the overall damage in her neighborhood is unlike anything she's ever seen.

Please give her some space so that she can have time and energy to go through all of the processes she needs to in order to get herself and her ecosystem back up-and-running. This could be a week or two, or even more, so until then, please rely on Jeffro and me.
