Default New licensing phone support

So with the Advanced Support for Pro Tools | HD Software I will get unlimited, highest priority support on the phone.

My question is: where exactly will I have to call to reach my world-class-experts-available-worldwide-to-answer-questions-and-resolve-issues? If I'm calling from Germany, will there be a local, German-speaking, customer support? Or do I have to call the other end of the world to train my Schwarzenegger accent?

Anyone knows? This is not in the FAQ.

Probably the main customer support for your country, usually this is a dealer certified by avid as the customer support contact for your country (at least for hardware it is)... or maybe some new call-center they might open in Bangladesh or something... not trying to be sarcastic though!

Avid don't know or care who you call or what you want. It's all just a load of BS.

Avid needs your money. Give it to them now, and later on they may give you something back if it suits them.

it wont be unlimited. it's one per month. and it's not highest priority, because eventually everyone will be required to have an active ASS if they want to maintain the ability to upgrade their perpetual license or rental.

Too much false info floating around here. You're talking about the Standard Support that comes with non-HD ProTools.

Unlimited incidents; response time within one hour

Still, it remains the question if they will put up support centers that can be reached by a local phone number and agents that can be spoken to in your native language.
