Default 7.3 WIndows Config Help

hello all, I'm am having a little bit of a problem with the new windows configuration feature in 7.3. i can't seem to figure out how to save edit window and track hieght settings. ie>

have a opened session with the entire song lenght filling the edit window and all the track set at a medium hieght. i save this as my first windows config and name it "default".

when i make a 2 bar selction on my bass track at the first verse ,hit the "e" shortcut to make selection fill the edit screen and set the track hieght to fit to window, i make this a new windows config named "bass 2 bar verse" all is fine up to this point but, when i go back to the first windows config "default" the track hieght stays in the fit to window hieght. i do not see all of my tracks in the medium setting.

in other words, for my default setting i want to see the whole song and every track set to medium track hieght. for my second windows config i want to see only the bass track for 2 measures with a fit to window track hieght. is this possible? possibly user error going on here.

i am on a tyan quad using 2 monitors. thanks as always for any help

At a quick glance, Ray, whilst creating your first Window Configuration, was Edit Window Display Settings enabled?

hello filo, hope all is well.i just tried making some more windows configs but not having any luck.made one with only my vocal tracks showing and hide all the rest. save it but when i go to my default setting that is suppose to show all tracks i only have vox tracks showing. i still do not rule out user error but if your having same problem could it be a bug? always appriciate your help.i'll keep you updated on my progress

I wouldn't rule out the latter, Ray.

None of the Window Configuration Numeric Pad shortcuts work either.

I take this back, using the Numeric Pad to recall Window Configurations does work, but doesn't configure them the way they were saved.

Ray, have you noticed it only seems to be Track Height not saving?
