Upgrade to 12 edu, pt9 surrender=PTHD9 lost!!

I have had a problem with my new Pro tools 12 edu. I have choosen Pro Tools 9 surrender license instead pro tools MP8. So Pro tools 9HD license is lost too!!!Now I cannot execute Pro Tools 9 HD system!I need surrender on ilok not Pro Tools 9 package (9, 9HD) but Pro Tools 8MP (M Powered).
When I registered Pt12 license, the Avid system asked to me wich license I wanted to surrender; I saw three option, pt9, Pr8 MP... I have choosen Pt9!
So in my ilok have disappear even pt9HD and pt8HD!!!
Now I cannot work with 192io, Apogee X series and Control 24.
Do you think that I must call police or Avid can resolve this problem?

Yeah call the police and tell them you chose the wrong license to surrender

PS. I don't think you can use the PT8 HD or MP to upgrade to PT12

Only upgrades i have seen are from PT9 and up. Where did you see the path from PT8 or MP8??

Pro Tools for Education does include other licenses in its upgrade path. If you don't already have a support case in progress we'll get one going to help solve this.

We are speaking about EDUCATIONAL license, from 8MP to 12.
At the moment of choose the license to surrend, in Avid site it wrote three options... it wrote pt8MP, pt9 and not ptHD9, only pt9 to surrend...so I have choosen pt9 instead pt8MP.
Today Avid customer care wrote me a response, so I hope during next hours I will solve the problem... I'll write here if I will solve it

OK, it seems to be solved. I can see in Ilok list of licenses, Pro Tools HD 9 too
